Hi,
My name is William Roswell. Reviewing Google Massacre
hasnt been as black and white as my other reviews.
I tend to either love or hate a product, usually because
it either works or its crap. Google Massacre had my emotions
going up and down like a pair of knickers worn by one
of Amsterdams finest.
First
off, the Google Massacre website was using every little
annoying trick in the book to get the sale even though
Id arrived ready to buy. Marketers targeting our
market really should use a different landing page for
people who have signed up to the notify list. Theyve
signed up because they want to buy guys, you can stop
the hard sell, your emails worked already!
When
you finally get to the download page you will find Google
Massacre is broken down into 3 pdf files plus there are
several other surprise ebooks as bonuses.
The
first part of Google Massacre is really nothing more than
a step by step guide to setting up an Adwords account
and an overview of how Pay Per Click (PPC) works. All
pretty basic stuff but if you are new to PPC then you
wont find a better guide I suppose.
I
couldnt help wonder though why anyone would buy
Google Massacre if they knew nothing about PPC and Adwords
in particular. Surely the market they are going for are
people like me who have campaigns running but know there
is a lot of room for improvement and want to get more
ROI?
The
second part gets stuck into the nitty gritty and explains
how you need an understanding of Googleology (the science
of Google). It explains why and how to do split testing,
dynamic keyword insertion and the Google Editor. If this
all sounds complicated, its well written and easy
to follow so dont worry. If it sounds familiar,
well it probably is.
The
third part of Google Massacre was where I finally found
I was reading methods I had never come across before.
* Landing page techniques that had me drooling with anticipation.
* Geo targeting ideas that opens up complete new markets.
* List building methods that can only increase your success
rate.
* How to create review pages that convert in double figures.
If
you are relatively new to PPC then Google Massacre is
going to be a must buy product. If like me youve
been around a while youll find some
excellent eye openers that will easily cover the $77 price
tag.
